Nothing produced by SIGNAL — AI commentary, signals, options plans, watchlist analysis, position recommendations, briefings, retrospectives, or any other output — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Trade signals are algorithmic and AI-generated; they may be wrong, late, or based on incomplete data. Real-money trading carries real risk including the loss of your full invested capital. You alone are responsible for your trades.

SIGNAL's auto-trader supports both Alpaca paper accounts(simulated money) and live accounts (real money). When you connect live Alpaca API keys and enable live mode, the system will place real orders that can result in real, and potentially total, financial loss. Trading equities, options, and crypto carries substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone; options and crypto can lose value rapidly. You are solely responsible for the funds in any account you connect, for monitoring the bot's activity, and for the consequences of every trade it places on your behalf. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results. Nothing in this product is financial, investment, or tax advice. You can disable trading at any time from Settings; you should do so if you do not accept these risks.

Signal Trader uses third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic Claude Opus, Anthropic Claude Sonnet, Google Gemini, and self-hosted Gemma via Ollama) to generate market analysis, signal commentary, options plays, watchlist forecasts, and personalized position recommendations. When you log a position, add a watchlist ticker, configure a vault, or subscribe to alerts, the relevant context — your tickers, your entry prices, your vault budgets, your subscribed symbols, and your trade history — may be sent to these providers as part of the prompt that generates your output. The providers' standard data-handling policies apply (Anthropic and Google do not retain prompts for model training on enterprise/API tier as of writing). We do not send personally identifiable information (your email, name, payment info) to AI providers.

We store your email (for sign-in via Supabase), your invite role, your watchlist tickers, your vault configurations, your logged option positions, your notification preferences and subscriptions, and a history of price snapshots and AI analyses on those positions. All of this lives on our private VPS and the Supabase project we control. We do not share it with third parties beyond the AI providers listed above.

Email noopurbandrey@gmail.com with "Delete my SIGNAL data" and we will purge your account, vaults, watchlist, positions, and notification subscriptions within 7 days. Sign-in records may be retained briefly for security.

By accepting these terms you allow us to send you notifications via Telegram (if you provide a chat ID) and via native Android push (if you grant the app permission). You can disable either channel at any time in Settings → Notifications.

The service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or fitness for any particular trading strategy.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on next sign-in and will require re-acceptance to continue using the app.
